How to Create Document Templates with jSign

Once saved, your template will appear on the My Templates page within your Documents. You can export templates for others to use, deactivate templates, and edit templates as needed to keep them up to date.
How to Sign & Send Document Templates
Once you create your document template, you can use it to easily collect signatures from others.
Here’s how to get started.
Select a Template
Go to the Documents section on your jSign account, and choose the signature template you want to use from the My Templates page. Click the Use button to get started with your new document template.
Sign the document with your custom electronic signature, and add signers to the document. jSign lets users add as many signers as necessary to each document.
Once you’ve signed the document and added all signers, send the document to each signer to collect their signatures.
Set Due Dates & Reminders
jSign users can set due dates and reminders for each document to ensure it is completed on time.
When all signers have signed the document, you’ll receive a notification to let you know your document is complete.
Save the Completed Document
Once finished, you can download your document to your computer, save it to your jSign account, or use jSign integrations to automatically save the document to Google Drive, OneDrive, or Dropbox.
To verify the authenticity of the document, you’ll also receive a Certificate of Completion that includes the location, IP address, and device type of all document signers.
